Police: Waterford man had over 20 pounds of pot in car

A Waterford man is accused of possessing more than 20 pounds of pot.

Frank W. Grasso, 21, was stopped by police around 7:30 p.m. Saturday for vehicle and traffic violations. Troopers found the drugs in his vehicle, they said.

Grasso was charged with criminal possession of cannabis and traffic violations. 

He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
