Police: Watervliet man removed driver from vehicle, assaulted victim
A Watervliet man is accused of assaulting someone during a road rage incident that started on 787 in Menands on Tuesday.
Two vehicles were damaged state police said.
Nicholas J. Mcgraw, 30, allegedly followed the victim to the parking garage at the Capitol building in Albany just before 5 p.m. He pulled the person out of their car and struck them, State Police said. The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Mcgraw was charged with third-degree assault. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Albany City Court on May 6.
