A Watervliet man is accused of stealing money when he worked at Saratoga County car dealership.

Joshua M. Bell, 38, was arrested on Thursday after an investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. He allegedly stole more than $3,000 and falsified business records when working as the manager of the New Country Toyota of Clifton Park Collision Center from August 2022 to August 2023.

The records Bell is accused of falsifying pertained to payments the body shop received, police said.

Bell was charged with felony counts of grand larceny and falsifying business records. He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
