A new Siena Research Institute poll is now out on Gov. Kathy Hochul’s favorability and job approval ratings.
The poll finds voters in the state have a 46% favorability rating of the governor – down from 48% last month.
Meanwhile, Hochul’s job approval rating still stands at 56%.
In addition, 36% of New Yorkers say state lawmakers should make addressing crime the top priority this legislative session.
That’s followed by cost of living, at 27%, and affordable housing at 13%.
The poll also looks at several other things – including President Biden’s job approval, and if embattled Rep. George Santos should resign from Congress.
