Powerball ticket worth $1 million sold in Latham

Multiple second and third place winning tickets were sold in the Capital Region for Wednesday night’s Powerball lottery.

Cumberland Farms on Troy-Schenectady Road in Latham sold a second-prize ticket worth $1 million.

Stewart’s on Central Avenue in Albany sold a third-prize ticket worth $50,000.

There was also a $50,000 third-prize ticket sold at the Pilot Travel Center on Duanesburg Road in Schenectady.
