Powers park concert series kicks off
The powers park concert series kicked off this weekend in Troy.

The concerts take place on Saturdays throughout the summer in the park, off of Third Avenue.
Saturday’s event featured the Adirondack muscle car show, followed by live music.
The concert series is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
Organizers say it’s a popular, family-friendly event.
Proceeds from the event are donated to hope animal rescue.
If you missed this weekend’s concert, there is one every Saturday until August 26th.
Music starts at 6 p.m.
