Proposed Guilderland Costco clears another hurdle

A Costco is one step closer to opening for customers in the Capital Region.
The site being proposed is at the intersection of Western Avenue and Crossgates Mall and Johnston Road in Guilderland.
The Planning Board approved the proposal with a few recommendations, said the Planning Department.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will now consider the proposal before issuing a final say on whether to approve it.
