Public meeting to address safety concerns in Troy

There will be a public meeting Thursday night in Troy to address safety concerns in the city.
One of the main issues being discussed during the meeting is the proposed encryption of police scanners.
This would make it impossible for any residents to listen to scanners. People are planning to protest the decision at City Hall.
