Registered Malta sex offender accused of not reporting new address

A registered sex offender in Saratoga County is accused of not reporting his new address.
Cody Letourneau, 25, of Malta was arrested for failing to change his address within 10 days of relocation, as required by law.
He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
