Registered sex offender due in Guilderland Town Court over new rape charges

A registered sex offender facing new rape charges was due in Guilderland court Monday night for a preliminary hearing.

NewsChannel 13 obtained documents saying 27-year old Wyatt Bleau met the victim online. He’s accused of holding her captive for a week.

The woman told police that Bleau got aggressive, gave her pills that made her drowsy and that he choked her unconscious.
