Rensselaer County woman accused of selling vapes, drugs to 13-year-old boys

A woman in Rensselaer County is accused of selling vapes and marijuana to two 13-year-old boys.
Rhea Richardson is facing several charges, said North Greenbush Police, including endangering the welfare of a child and criminal sale of cannabis.
This has happened several times with several different juveniles, police said.
