Repeat sex offender from Troy sentenced

A Troy man was sentenced to four years in prison and 10 years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to one count of sexual abuse.
The complaint alleged that Rose intentionally groped a 10-year-old victim.
Rose has two prior sexual abuse convictions and is a Level 3 registered sex offender.
