Albany Airport leadership may soon change.

The Times Union is now reporting the Albany County Airport Authority Board has hired a national executive search firm to find their next CEO.

The paper also reported Phil Calderone’s contract is expiring this December, and will not be renewed.

It added Albany County Executive Dan McCoy may be eyeing the position.
