Report: Retrial in murder case delayed under May
The retrial of a Bronx man accused of shooting and killing David Green Jr. has been pushed back to May.
Lance Burke, is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting. A Berkshire Superior Court judge declared a mistrial after a three-week trial ended with a hung jury, according to The Berkshire Eagle, NewsChannel 13’s media partner.
