Report: Suit targets plan to seize streets for Guilderland Costco

People living in a neighborhood set to be cleared out for a Costco store in Guilderland are suing the project’s developers.
The plaintiffs are challenging their attempt to take over the streets through eminent domain, the Times Union reported.
The planned Costco would be near Crossgates Mall.
The lawsuit is the fifth legal action against the planned Costco store since the project was announced several years ago.
