Report: Woman charged in deadly Pittsfield crash had stroke
A woman accused of causing a deadly crash in Pittsfield had a stroke, according to NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle.
Judith Daly, 85, hit and killed Noor Khan Zadran, of Albany on State Route 41, last November.
She is charged with motor vehicular homicide by means of negligence, two marked lanes violations, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating to endanger by means of negligence, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.
After the crash, Daly kept driving and hit a car while also taking out road signs, according to investigators.
Daly finally stopped in the woods. Arraignment is set for April.
