The southeast portion of Massachusetts is under a level two significant drought. That means outside water use is now restricted.

Starting Monday, Pittsfield residents can only water lawns or gardens, wash cars, and fill swimming pools before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m. on limited days.

These restrictions will be enforced by the Department of Public Services and Utilities.
