Retired thoroughbred farm, Old Friends at Cabin Creek, celebrates resident horses’ birthdays

There are eighteen retired thoroughbreds on the sprawling property of Old Friends at Cabin Creek just outside Saratoga Springs, in Greenfield Center. The farm’s owners, JoAnn and Mark Pepper, care for the horses with the help of dedicated volunteers and on Saturday, hundreds of people visited Old Friends for the 14th annual birthday party to celebrate all of the horses on the grounds.
