Rochester man accused of child endangerment in Saratoga County
State Police in Saratoga arrested a man for allegedly endangering the welfare of a child.
Troopers received information that Nicholas Eckhardt, 41, of Rochester was having inappropriate conversations with a child in Saratoga County, they said.
The investigation determined Eckhardt had shown indecent material to the child through social media.
He turned himself in to State Police on Monday.
He was arraigned at Galway Town Court and later released.
