Rochester man facing charges for allegedly stealing rental car from airport

A Rochester man was arraigned Friday afternoon after he allegedly stole a rental car from the Albany International Airport.
Antoine Witcher, 28, drove off with a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-a-Car without paying for it, the Albany County Sheriff’s said.
Deputies were able to track the car down with the vehicle’s navigation system.
Witcher was found and stopped on the New York State Thruway and taken into custody and has been charged with grand larceny.
