Rochester man gets probation for showing explicit materials to minor

A Rochester man has been sentenced to 5 years of probation for showing explicit materials to a Saratoga County minor.

Nicholas Eckhardt, 42, was arrested in July after State Police said he used social media to exchange indecent material back in February 2023.

The child lived in Galway.

Eckhardt pleaded guilty in January.
