Rotterdam Community Center prepares to reopen in new building

More than a year after beginning operations – the Rotterdam Community Center is ready for its grand opening.
The people of Messiah Lutheran Church and the former Trinity Reformed Church started to develop a plan for a community center during the COVID lockdown in 2020.
In June 2022, the center opened as a state-of-the-art food pantry.
Since that time, the Rotterdam Community Center has served nearly 69,000 meals, and welcomed more than 15,000 guests.
The Rotterdam Community Center will celebrate its official grand opening this weekend with free food, games, and entertainment.
