Viral video shows collision that resulted in disqualification at Troy Turkey Trot

The 75th annual Thanksgiving Day Troy Turkey Trot is one that will long be remembered – although unfortunately – not necessarily for the right reasons.
A young runner from Delmar, Jack Huber, came down the stretch, when another runner, Xavier Salvador, appears to give him a hip-check into the metal barrier. That sent both runners to the pavement.

They crashed into the legs of a photojournalist, Amy Modesti.
Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt.
Salvador was disqualified by race officials.
Huber, a former college runner at Michigan State, finished 4th.
