People in Schenectady got together this weekend for a Winter Wonderland celebration.

There was hot chocolate, gifts, and of course Santa Claus.

More than 70 families were there to have their picture taken with Santa.

Organizers hope to make this an annual event, they said.

Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara hopes to sponsor more events at Bellevue Park that bring the community together, he said.
