Saratoga County man arrested following domestic dispute

A Saratoga County man is behind bars following a domestic dispute involving a weapon.

State police say the fight happened at a home, last Saturday night.
Troopers say the victim came out of the house and that David Fuller was inside threatening to use his weapon to hurt police.
After a short time, Fuller was arrested.
Police say he had an illegal rifle and high capacity magazine in the home.
