A man is accused of threatening to kill his father in Saratoga County.

Ethan Chase broke into his father’s home on Centerline Road in Providence.

Chase broke things in the home, and threatened to kill his father, so his father shot him in the shoulder with a shotgun, according to investigators.

Chase was taken to Albany Medical Center.

He was arrested Monday and charged with burglary, criminal contempt, and criminal mischief – all felonies.
