Saratoga County woman gets 90 days in jail for deadly crash

The Saratoga County woman who was driving more than 90 miles per hour when she caused a fatal crash in Greenfield will spend 90 days in jail.
Ashley Donovan will also have to be on probation for five years when she gets out of jail.
She pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide after speeding and crashing into a car driven by Diane Welch. Welch was killed in the October 2021 crash.
Donovan had four passengers in her car, three of them were children.
