Saratoga Showcase of Homes focuses on “Women in Trades”

Today, teen girls got to put together sheds as part to help them become the next generation of builders.
The Saratoga Showcase of Homes hosted the event, inviting 9th and 10th grade students to build 4 ft. by 8ft. lean to sheds.
These sheds will be auctioned off during the Showcase of Homes. Students representing six local high schools made up the build teams.
In addition to these new sheds, BOCES students are building a cottage. The cottage will also be on auction at the Showcase of Homes.
