Black Lives Matter Saratoga once again violated city rules, according to the Saratoga Springs Office of Public Safety.

The group never filled out a demonstration declaration for a protest this past weekend on the anniversary of George Floyd’s death, according to the Saratoga Springs Office of Public Safety.

The policy has been in place since 2005. The document is needed to ensure the protestors and public can be safe, the city said in a statement.

Saratoga BLM leader Lexis Figuereo was cited for violating city code.

Figuereo also was cited for not having a permit for the pro-Palestinian demonstration on May 1.
