Saratoga Springs City Council changing meeting format

The Saratoga Springs City Council is changing up its meeting format.
After feedback from the community, the meeting will still start at 7 p.m. – but with public comment held at the beginning, said the mayor.
The council was considering starting the meetings at 5 p.m., and public hearings and public comment at 7:30 p.m. or 8 p.m. The goal was to allow more time for public comment.
