Saratoga Springs man accused of possessing child pornography

A Saratoga Springs man is accused of possessing child pornography.
Luke Fletcher is charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
His arrest came after state police searched his home.
Police got a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, they said.
Fletcher will have to appear in court next week.
