Saratoga Springs man charged with child sex abuse
A man from Saratoga Springs was arrested – accused of sexually abusing a young child.
Matthew Breen inappropriately touched a child younger than 11 years old, state police said.
He was arrested, and charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned, and sent to the Saratoga County Jail.
