Saratoga Springs mayor announces plans to run again

Saratoga Springs Mayor Ron Kim is running for another term.
The Democrat formally announced his candidacy Thursday afternoon.
Kim filed his petitions last week – he says with 63% more signatures than necessary.
Kim plans to hold a campaign kickoff event next week.
