Saratoga Springs Mayor Ron Kim continues receiving hateful voicemails

The Mayor of Saratoga Springs is the target of racist, hate-filled messages once again following his appearance at a rally where he spoke out against the proud boys.
Mayor Ron Kim was part of the rally held on Sunday in Saratoga Springs, where he denounced hate and racism.
It was held after demonstrations a week earlier by people claiming to be part of the proud boys.
On Monday morning, Kim, who is Asian American, got a message calling him racist and homophobic names.
Kim alerted the police department about this message, and received more of these messages on Tuesday.
The caller stated:
“Imagine being such a soft little g*** communist p**** b**** that you called the cops because you got called some names. You are a p****. You are everything you call the right. You’re a little b****. Keep being a good little commie g***. It’ll get you far.”
Kim told NewsChannel 13 he hopes someone will recognize the caller’s voice so police can put a stop to it. Police are asking for anyone with information to call (518) 584-1800.
