Saratoga Springs Police investigate report of missing woman

The Saratoga Springs Police Department is looking for a missing woman.
Janice Torrez was reported missing around 1 p.m. on Monday.
She was last seen on foot in the area of West Avenue and Washington Street, police said.
Torrez is described as being 5 ft., 1 in. tall, last seen wearing a puffy jacket, dark jeans and a gray and black scarf.
