Schenectady dad surprises kids at school after lengthy military deployment

There was a sweet surprise Monday morning for a military family in Schenectady.
Sgt. 1st Class William Rhodes surprised his four kids during a special assembly.
Rhodes was deployed last June to Kuwait. He has triplets in kindergarten and a third grader.
Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara presented a U.S. flag to the family.
