Trio of Schenectady fires keeps Red Cross busy
The American Red Cross is helping dozens of people in Schenectady after several fires.
All of them are being provided with shelter, food and clothing.
The most recent fire was Tuesday morning on Davis Terrace. Six people were displaced.
Meantime, residents in 46 apartments were forced out by a fire at the Hillside Crossing Apartments on Albany Street on Monday. This is because electricity and water have been shut off to the people living there.
The Red Cross is also helping four other people who were displaced by a fire on Watt Street on Monday.
