A man from Schenectady has been sentenced after setting a building on fire with people inside.

Joshua Robinson will spend the next 15 years behind bars after pleading guilty to arson.

Investigators used camera footage to prove the fire was set in an alley connecting his residence with the building next door.

That was at 522 Schenectady Street last March, which is where Robinson lives.

No one was hurt, but the building was severely damaged.
