Schenectady man hospitalized after being shot in leg

A man was shot in Schenectady early Friday morning.
The 42-year-old man was shot in the leg, near 105 Edward Street, police said.
Responding officers applied a tourniquet to the victim. He was taken to Albany Medical Center and is expected to survive.
There are no arrests so far.
