Schenectady woman seeing success with stylish business

Jasenya McCauley will tell you she was that student at Schenectady High who was known as having their very own sense of fashion.
She later went on to college, and was interested in a few subjects, but fashion prevailed.
She worked in retail once she got out of college. A lot of naysayers told her she couldn’t own her own business.
She didn’t listen – choosing to start her business, Styld N Emrgd, in 2017.
They do a patchwork of things including floor planning, production management, creative directing, costume designing and styling.
Jasenya McCauley will tell you she was that student at Schenectady High who was known as having their very own sense of fashion.
She’s also worked at Proctors and has even appeared in commercials.
She’s doing it all in the place she grew up.
