Schoharie County introduces new stress management team

Schoharie County first responders have developed a new team to help deal with stress. It’s called SMART, which stands for Stress Management Assistance Response Team of Schoharie County.
The goal is to recognize and respond when first responders are experiencing chronic high stress. The organization will support first responders by listening and referring to those in need.
They are holding a fundraising pancake breakfast on March 11 from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Cobleskill Fire Department.
