Schenectady Police: No crime committed in report of child luring

Schenectady Police have investigated a report of an attempted child luring and don’t believe any crime was committed, they said.
A man approached a student twice on Friday at Bradt and Broadway, and even offered them a ride, said the school district.
Surveillance video helped police track the man down.
