A Marist poll finds Chuck Schumer has a big lead among registered voters over his Republican challenger in the U.S. Senate race.
Schumer is leading Joe Pinion 54% to 34%.
Among those who say they will definitely vote, Schumer is up by 13 points over Pinion.
Pinion is relatively unknown to voters, with 65% saying they never heard of him, or are unsure how to rate him.
