Sentencing delayed in 2021 Albany murder

The man convicted of a 2021 murder in Albany will have another sentencing hearing later this month.
Nicholas Higgins was supposed to be in front of a judge on Friday morning, but that meeting was adjourned until September 13, an Albany County Court Clerk said.
Higgins was convicted of shooting and killing Uizaie Brigman back on July 19, 2021.
He faces 25 years to life in prison.
