Sentencing rescheduled in Albany murder
The sentencing of Marquis Jackson has been rescheduled.
He’s the man who stabbed Tyrome Wallace to death in May of last year. Jackson was convicted in Albany County Court last month of one count of second-degree murder.
He stabbed Wallace 14 times in a home on Washington Avenue.
His sentencing is now scheduled for August 4.
Jackson faces up to 25 years to life in prison.
