Sentencing scheduled Friday in 2022 New Scotland murder
The man convicted of killing a physician assistant in Albany County is scheduled to sentenced Friday.
Jacob Klein was found guilty in October of killing Philip Rabadi in Rabadi’s New Scotland home last year. He faces 25 years to life in prison.
Klein was set off when Rabadi married his ex-girlfriend, Elana Radin, in September 2021, prosecutors said. Klein was a jealous ex-boyfriend who was stalking Rabadi and his wife, months before the murder took place, according to prosecutors.
NewsChannel 13 will have team coverage of the sentencing on WNYT.com and our later newscasts.
