The man who admitted to crashing a motorcycle into a family walking on the Warren County Bike Trail and killing two people is expected to be sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on Tuesday.

Anthony Futia will be sentenced for the death of Jamie Persons and his 8-year-old stepson, Quinton Delgadillo.

NewsChannel 13 was first to report earlier this month that Futia would be sentenced as a persistent felony offender.

Before he was convicted of manslaughter and aggravated vehicular homicide in this case, he had been convicted of burglary, stabbing and grand larceny.
