Series of Kia car thefts under investigation in Schenectady

Someone is stealing Kia cars in Schenectady.

Six Kias were stolen between Feb. 28 and March 31, police said.

The cars were usually stolen between 8:30 p.m. and 4 a.m. and between Tuesday and Thursday nights, said police.

The suspect or suspects were able to override each car’s ignition, investigators said.
