Several Cohoes streets to close for repaving

Several Cohoes streets will be closed as crews work to repave them.

The closures begin Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. They affect these streets:

Breslin Avenue (between 3rd Street and Park Avenue)

Rensselaer Avenue (between 3rd Street and Park Avenue)

Washington Avenue (between 3rd Street and Park Avenue)

Myrtle Avenue (between 3rd Street and Park Avenue)

Central Avenue (between George Street and Columbia Street)

All cars must be removed from the street while the work is being done.

Access to and from driveways will also be limited.

The city asked that drivers use caution in these areas.
