Sheriff: Schenectady man had cocaine, fentanyl
A Schenectady man is accused of possessing cocaine and fentanyl.
Deputies stopped Tavio T. Fredericks, 47, in the area of Central Avenue and Lexington Avenue in Albany during a drug trafficking investigation. Fredericks is accused of having 43 grams of cocaine and 5 grams of fentanyl, according to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office.
Fredericks was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
